How do I pay for a project?
You pay 50% to book your date and the remaining 50% when the work is ready. Final files are released once the balance is paid. Payments are made through PayPal.
How many revisions are included?
Each song includes free revisions (the exact number is listed on each service). After that, each extra revision has a fixed fee added to your order.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You have 24 hours from paying the deposit to cancel and get a full refund. After that, contact YM Freak directly.
How long does it take?
Each service has a turnaround in working days (Monday to Friday). If you combine services for the same song, such as beat + mixing and mastering, the days add up. The exact date depends on the calendar and is calculated when you book.
Are sessions in person?
Producer coaching and vocal recording are remote sessions over video call, billed per hour, Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Dominican Republic time).
What is the Audio ads service?
Commissioned audio ads for businesses and brands, for radio or social media, delivered as a finished piece.
How do I send my files?
Whatever is easiest for you: a WeTransfer or Google Drive link (or a similar service), or email. Multitrack WAV files are usually large, so a WeTransfer or Google Drive link is the most practical.
What files do I need to send for mixing and mastering?
Your vocals as separate tracks and completely dry: no effects at all (no autotune, no compression, no EQ, nothing). The beat as separate stems (kick, snare, hi-hats, synths, bass, etc.). You don't need to remove effects from the beat: send it as it is, just split into stems. Everything as WAV at 48 kHz.
What files do I need to send for mastering only?
Four audio files: 1) the full a cappella on its own, 2) the bass, 3) the drums and 4) the melodies. Everything as WAV at 48 kHz.
