This page explains what data is kept when you use ymfreak.com and why. The controller is YM Freak, in the Dominican Republic.

  1. 01

    What is kept

When you book: your name, email, phone (if given), artist name, song, notes and reference links. In your portal: the file links you share and your revision requests. With the assistant: the messages of the conversation. Payments happen on PayPal's page: this site never sees or stores your card or PayPal account details.

  2. 02

    What it is used for

To manage your booking, payments, delivery and revisions; to answer you; and so YM Freak can follow up on what you ask the assistant.

  3. 03

    Cookie-free statistics

To know how many people visit the site, page views, country, device type and the site you came from are counted. No cookies are used for this and your IP address is not stored: an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot be reversed is used instead. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, your visit is not counted. These statistics are deleted after 13 months.

  4. 04

    Cookies

Only technical cookies: the one that keeps you signed in to My account (30 days) and the admin panel's. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The assistant stores your conversation's identifier in your browser so you can pick it up again.

  5. 05

    Who it is shared with

Only with the services that run the site: PayPal (payments), Anthropic (the AI model that writes the assistant's replies, which receives the conversation's messages), Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database). Your data is not sold or used for advertising.

  6. 06

    Embedded music

Spotify and YouTube players only load when you press play. From then on, those platforms' privacy policies apply.

  7. 07

    Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or delete it by writing to info@ymfreak.com. Bookings and payments may be kept for as long as accounting obligations require.
