Booking terms

These are the terms under which YM Freak's services are booked on this site. Figures are shown as they are configured today.

Prices
Prices are in US dollars (USD), as published on the services page. Your project's price is fixed when you book.

Payment
You pay 50% to book your date and the rest when the work is ready. Final files are delivered once the balance is paid. Payments are made with PayPal (PayPal account or card).

Dates
When you book you see the estimated delivery date, counted in working days (Monday to Friday) from real availability. While you pay the deposit, your date is held for 30 minutes; if payment isn't completed in that time, the date is released. Sessions (vocal recording and coaching) are remote, by video call, and booked by the hour.

Revisions
Each service includes the number of revisions stated in its description. Each extra revision costs $20 and is added to your balance.

Cancellation
You can cancel within 24 hours of paying the deposit and get a full refund, from your booking page. After that, write to YM Freak about your case.

Files
You send your files by link (WeTransfer, Google Drive or similar) from your portal or by email. The formats needed for each service are in the FAQ.
